Job Description

  • Maintenance office documents and files.
  • Co-operate with the customer.
  • Giving precise information to the customer.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring outstanding service to the clients by changing working drawings as per their requirements as additional work.
  • Co-ordination with the Architect, Structural Engineer and Procurement Department to convey the observations or comments of the clients on the products.
  • Solution of any obligation of the clients regarding technical, construction, modification and optional works.
  • Creating satisfied client eliminating unfavorable views towards the company.
  • Maintain long term relationship by providing after handover services to our valued client & create references.

Job Requirements

  • Only females are allowed to apply.
  • Brief knowledge about the international educational system.
  • Computer skill.
  • Fluent English language communication skill.
  • Cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to complete tasks within a given time frame with effective time management.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/Services, call center.
