Job Context
  • Bondstein Technologies Ltd. is an emerging IT enabled manufacturing company currently concentrated on Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) in Bangladesh. For being the best in service oriented business module, we are enabling 24/7 customer support center for 100% customer query assurance over phone and social media channel`s.
  • We are looking for goal driven personalities who are smart enough to handle queries and grievances as well as push themselves an extra mile to sell the products and values to the respected customers.
Job Responsibilities
  • Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone or social media’ s
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts facilitate future sales

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • From any reputed university with proficient communication skills both in English and Bangla.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/ Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks, Call Center, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 24 years
  • Proven experience as tele sales /call center representative
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Graduate from any reputed university.
  • Candidate must have solid understanding of technology/digital products
  • Candidate must be handy in terms of using computer
  • We prefer candidates who are willing to hustle to serve customers and get problems sorted out managing multiple stakeholders
