- Fully responsible of whole Commercial and Accounts requirements of the companies.
- Preparing and coordinating overall company Export-Import L/Cs with the bank and overseas associates.
- Follows up for import documents, shipments and ensure on time delivery form factories/supply/delivery of goods and services. To maintain liaison with C&F, checking Invoice and Bill payment & to provide shipping documents to respective custom stations on time.
- Ensure and administer all the documentary process of Lc, Shipping, Tenders, Bank Guarantees-performance and complete Letters of Credit along related financial transactions and other required documentation.
- Interacting on a daily basis with: Operations, Banks, Clients, Supplier, C&F Freight Forwarders, shipping line and other overseas Counterparties.
- Lead to maintain proper VAT, Tax, Customs Duty, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law and advising on TAX & VAT planning.
- Prepare, analyse and interpret organizational overall Accounts -Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reports and Systems.
- Manage Internal-External logistics, supplies and purchases as per procurement policy and procedures.
- Meeting Official Account, Costing & statutory Auditing requirements including internal audit by implementing functional systems.
- Develop and Implement HR – Operational Accounting, policies, procedures such as payroll & training etc.
- Maintain strong relationships with all clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.
- Monitor and Dealing the customer’s credit situation, Chase overdue, effective collection of all debts and payments.
- Ability to identify and analyze all legal related matters, complex issues/ problems relating to legal aspects in management areas and recommend and implement solutions.
- Ability to formulate and implement strategies and policies to mobilize and strengthen activities of various departments (Banking/ Finance / General Accounts/ Commercial) of the Company; monitor day-to day activities and handle urgent issues independently. Any other task as required by the management.
- A degree in accounting, finance, business administration or other similar from any public and private university of Bangladesh or aboard.

- Commercial, Purchase/ Procurement, Distribution, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F/Banking & Financial Affairs, Documentation.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Commercial-Industrial Importer, trading firm, Buying House, Garments, Textile and Multinational or Group of Companies etc.
- If you have:
- Management/ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
- Should have practical knowledge regarding processing of all export & import documents operation by air, sea & land.
- The position requiring the candidate to have strong communication skills with Banks & Financial Institutions to find out the best possible way to arrange funding for the organization.
- The candidate should have a strategic mind set and prudence to give solution on multidimensional financial matters with an aptitude of innovativeness to produce excellent financial reporting.
- Willingness to travel and work extensively – sometimes at short notice, in difficult places and under long hours – according to a results-based approach.
- Ability to handle several things at the same time and meet deadlines.
- Mainly, the responsibility of liaising with clients and look after their matters & solution.
